Home RespiteHome respite involves a care worker visiting an individual's home to provide care and support. The care worker also creates opportunities for the individual to participate in meaningful activities in their home environment and in the local community.

Host Family RespiteHost Family Respite provides care for a small group of people with dementia in the home of a care worker. Each home is known as a "Home Club".

Social SupportSocial Support aims to assist the person with dementia to access community activities individually or in a small group.
