Respite & Social Support Worker

Do you want to use your skills to provide companionship and support to people with dementia of varying ages, those who are young and active or “young at heart”?

Your role will be to promote independence and well-being by providing opportunities for individuals or small groups of people to participate in activities in their own home and enjoy social outings in the community.Your role does not involve domestic assistance and only limited support for personal care, as required.
