Two-hour Seminar
Research now provides considerable evidence that our lifestyle plays a significant part in our risk of developing dementia in later life. This workshop covers the seven lifestylechanges you can make now to reduce your risk of developing dementia later on.

Participants in this seminar will have an opportunity to:
· Find out how memory works and how it is affected by ageing;
· Understand the seven lifestyle factors that research shows can affect our risk of developing dementia;
· Have some fun with mind and memory games and activities; and
· Recognise whether changes being experienced might be a sign of dementia.

This seminar is intended for:
Anyone who is interested in finding out how to potentially reduce their risk of developing dementia.
