Special Interest Groups

Special interest groups offer a four-session program for family carers of people with dementia, exploring in depth aspects of well-being for carers. Group topics for 2008 are:

  • Loss and grief;
  • Entering residential care; and
  • Living positively.

This program is intended for:
People providing care to a person with dementia, and family or friends of people with dementia

Duration:
One 2-hour session per week for 4 weeks.

Cost:
FREE

                                       Tues 12th February 2pm to 4pm
                                       Tues 19th February 2pm to 4pm
                                       Tues 26th February 2pm to 4pm
