What are the borrowing terms and conditions?
Up to four items can be borrowed at a time, including no more than two videos/DVDs. Your membership details will be recorded at the time of borrowing. Items are usually loaned for two weeks but extensions can be negotiated.

If items are overdue for more than a week, you will receive an overdue notice requesting their return. If materials are lost of damaged, you will be asked to pay for the replacement of the item.

Country members
Members who cannot access the library in person can contact Alzheimer's Australia WA with details of the materials they wish to borrow. We will then post the items to you. When you have finished with them, you will be required to mail them back to us.

Is there any information in languages other than English?
There is a small but growing collection of resources in other languages, including books, newsletters and help sheets. We will continue to add to this collection as materials become available.

What if we want to buy our own materials?
Alzheimer's Australia WA will assist you with information about where you can purchase items and how much they are likely to cost.
