Fees, Charges and Refunds

The principle behind the fee schedule is access.  Our plan is to assist as many people or organisations as possible to make use of our training, therefore, some courses and workshops are free while others are set at a reasonable price so as not to exclude people from organisations with limited funds.

Alzheimer's WA will refund course fees to participants if a course is cancelled or discontinued for any reason.  Participants may also be eligible for a refund if they withdraw from the workshop / course for a good reason and are unable to accept a place in an alternative session.  A refund will not be available if the participant fails to turn up without prior notification of their inability to attend or make alternative arrangements.
