Certification

Alzheimer's WA, issues an official certificate called a Statement of Attainment on completion the dementia specific unit of competency (CHCAC15A – provide support which is responsive to the specific nature of dementia), in accordance with the specifications of the Australian National Training Authority and Training Accreditation Council Western Australia. 

For non-accredited training, Alzheimer's WA will issue its own Certificate of Participation if requested by a participant.  The person responsible for issuing the credential is the Manager, Education Services of Alzheimer's WA.
